Way To Go Well Being is excited to bring you a supportive synergy of well being and fitness that will help you achieve your goals - especially weight loss and belly fat reduction!
They will be in the Santander Work Café every Tuesday between the 3rd and 31st October with 2 sessions each day - 12.00 -1.00pm and 4.00-4.45pm
Way to go wellbeing's goal is to create a practical and powerful synergy bringing together various elements including nutrition, movement modalities, mindset, mental/emotional regulation, breath/body awareness, meditation, and experiential learning.
Their aim is to assist you in formulating plans that enhance your well-being and happiness, encompassing both your physical fitness and your overall sense of looking and feeling great.
These support sessions complement the virtual version of their Stress and Belly Fat Challenge.
